Real Care Agency is a family owned home care agency. We are based locally and provide comprehensive around the clock home care throughout East Kilbride and the surrounding areas. The Company provides quality home care and domciliary services, and is committed to excellence in care at home.
The Company is a local care agency under the personal direction of a qualified, experienced and registered Social Worker.
Our Staff
All our staff undergo a PVG police check under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme prior to being employed by Real Care Agency. We believe it is crucial that all the necessary checks are undertaken for your personal protection and peace of mind. All Care Workers are carefully recruited taking into account both personal and work experience, qualifications, attitude and commitment of Care Workers.
Personal references are undertaken and staff have to undergo a rigorous selection process to ensure that they meet our high standards of home care.
All of our staff are fully trained using various mediums including our own in-house Training Academy where staff undertake courses in all care related topics
Our Code of Practice
Real Care Agency abides by the SSSC Code of Practice; we are approved by the local authority; and we are registered with the Care Inspectorate and a member of Scottish Care. As an organisation we adhere to ethical values and exacting standards of care.

We employ local staff who are committed and experienced Care Workers who come from a range of age-groups and backgrounds. Sensitivity is shown at all times and Care Workers are carefully matched in relation to service users wishes and their desire for privacy and respect.
